Answers to a few frequently asked questions:

Orders received before 2 p.m. Monday through Saturday are generally shipped via USPS on the same day. If delays are expected, we will contact you. 

If you have shipping requirements not offered on this site, contact us via your preferred method above and we will make every effort to accommodate you. 

We guarantee your satisfaction with all MountainClimb.com merchandise. You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price*. 

If you receive a defective item, please contact us. We will replace the item or refund your purchase if you wish. 

To make a return, send merchandise to address listed above along with a copy of your order receipt. In most cases it takes about 10 days to process a domestic return.
